There is no team to hand you off to.
I take a system end to end. The requirement call, the database schema, the code, the deployment, and the phone call at 9am when something has broken. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes it and the person who answers when it matters.
Most of what is on this site came out of one multi-unit hospital group: an eighteen-module operations portal, an HRMS that outgrew it and became a product of its own, and a reporting pipeline that got a finance team their daily numbers out of a platform with no export button.
That work turned into nine reusable ERP modules — each one running in production somewhere, each able to stand alone or sit alongside the others. It is why a new client rarely pays to have eighty per cent of a system invented from nothing.
Almost none of it is healthcare-specific. HRMS, inventory, purchase approvals, recruitment and asset management suit any multi-branch operation — manufacturing, distribution, retail and service businesses sit on the same foundation. Healthcare is where the deepest history is, not the limit of the work.
Whichever stack fits the problem — and always deployed on your own server, with the source code handed over. You own what you paid for.

What I build
Three kinds of work, one person accountable for each.
The common thread is that it runs on your infrastructure and you get the source. Nothing here is a licence you have to keep renewing to keep your own data.
Web applications
Portals, dashboards and internal tools for processes no off-the-shelf product covers — approval chains, multi-unit rollups, and the reports a director actually opens on a Monday.
Flutter mobile apps
Android and iOS from one codebase, talking to the same system your desk staff use — field staff logging a job from the site, or a supervisor approving from the shop floor, the warehouse or the ward.
How I work
Small enough to change your mind about.
A phased build has a better risk profile than a big one. Each piece is small enough to abandon if it turns out to be wrong, and nothing is worth more than a few weeks.
Start with one module
The piece that hurts most today, live and in real use before the next one is scoped. You find out how the work actually goes before committing to the rest of it.
Your server, your source
The database sits on your server or your cloud account, with credentials your team holds and backups you can restore without asking anyone. The source code is handed over.
A straight answer first
If a spreadsheet is genuinely fine, or an off-the-shelf product does it better and cheaper, I will say so before you pay me anything. Custom is for the part nobody else has.
